Getting answered the first time
Send the detail with the question
Most slow answers are slow because the first message did not contain enough to act on, and the reply has to be a question rather than an answer. If it is about a trade, include the reference you were given when you started it. If it is about a gift card, say the card, the country and whether it is a physical card or an e-code — those three change the price more than the amount does, so an answer without them is a guess. If something failed, say what you saw on screen rather than what you think it meant.
Never send a code, a PIN or a seed phrase
Not in this form, not by email, not in a chat, not to us and not to anybody. A gift card code is the thing itself: once it is in a message, it can be spent by whoever reads that message. We never need it to answer a question, and nobody at FirstFlip will ever ask you for a card code, a bank PIN, a one-time code from your phone, or a wallet recovery phrase. If a message claiming to be us asks, that is how you know it is not.
One WhatsApp line for everything
Phones, laptops, gadgets, gift cards and crypto all go to one number: +234 708 099 8536. Say what it is about in your first message and it reaches the right person. The number is also published on our official channels page.
Check the number before you trust the conversation
We have one WhatsApp line, so any other number is not ours however convincing the profile looks. +234 815 168 3890 is no longer in use. If you get a message from it, it is not us. That page is also the place to check an address, an account or an email against — it exists precisely so you never have to take our word for it in the moment somebody is waiting for you to send money.
